Return Policy


We are confident you'll love any diamond or jewellery you buy from Diamonds of Choice but if you're not 100% happy with your purchase we'll offer you a full refund and pay for your return postage. You have 14 days from receipt of your purchase to contact us and tell us you wish to return it.


  • Contact Us
    The first step if you want to return you purchase is to contact us. You can find our details here on the site, or you will find your local distributor's contact details within the emails you'll have received since you made your purchase, and on the packaging of your actual product.
  • Package your item
    Once you have contacted us you will be given a return address to write on the outside of your parcel. For security reasons please DO NOT write the name Diamonds of Choice anywhere on the parcel.
  • Have your item picked up
    We will arrange, and pay for, your diamond to be collected from your home or office by our courier service. Please DO NOT send your product to us in any other way than our own booked courier, or we cannot guarantee your refund.
  • Receive your refund
    Once we have received the stone back at our distribution office we will check it with our laser scanner and once we have accepted it we will refund your money in full. This process will take up to five working days from the time we receive the package.


  • Condition
    Your stone, or jewellery, MUST be returned in the same condition as when you received it. Any damage or adaptations to the product (by yourself or by a jeweller) will render the piece ineligible for return.
  • Postage
    All returns MUST be carried out by our own courier, via the booking made by Diamonds of Choice. We will not accept any returns that are posted or delivered to us in any other way.
  • Packaging
    Please ensure you return your item in all its original packaging, which must be undamaged or unaltered in any way.
  • Certificate
    All stones MUST be returned with their original GIA certificate - we will not accept any diamonds returned without the certificate. If the certificate is damaged or altered in any way we will withhold £130 from your refund to cover the replacement cost of the certifcate.
  • Bespoke Design
    Please note, we cannot offer full refunds for individual, bespoke design orders unless the return is due to damaged or faulty items. However, we have clear processes in place to ensure you are completely happy with your bespoke design before we create the setting.
  • High Value Loose Stones
    Please note, we cannot offer full refunds for diamonds valued at £20,000 or above unless the return is due to a damaged or faulty item, or if the diamond has been misrepresented in any way. This does not affect your statutory rights.
